The physician must also submit to a medical and neurocognitive evaluation approved by the Director and enroll in and successfully complete a program of intensive and participatory workshops on the subject of patient communication. The physician remains subject to the probation terms and conditions previously imposed in BPMC Order 18-056 and may be subject to additional conditions or limitations determined by the Director. | New York Department of Health |
